taking great care to be present at each patient encounter
Subtle shifts that have a profound and lasting result…
After many years of partnering with medical doctors, reproductive endocrinologists and a hospital based wellness center I have gained a deep knowledge of Western medical terminology and interventions. I speak the lingo and understand a patient’s medical history. I work in tandem with the medical professionals to produce the best health outcomes for you. These outcomes always start with the foundation of Chinese medicine: exercise, spirituality, and nutrition. We’ll go back to the basics to regain your health. The ancient art of acupuncture is “the icing on the cake.” If you need a stronger foundation we’ll start there, then prompt the energy of healing with acupuncture.
I truly enjoy helping people. I’m so fortunate to spend quality time with clients, learning about their health goals and witnessing transformation. It’s a great reward to see how acupuncture can be a catalyst to change. I’m so inspired by the determination clients have to get better, how they are so dedicated to their appointments and how happy they are to get relief with acupuncture. My clients have taught me these lessons over the years. Patience and persistence. Even the subtle shifts that happen in acupuncture can have a profound and lasting result in treatment.

Meet Lydia Reese
Twenty years ago I began apprenticing with a Master in Daoist yoga, qi gong and tai massage. I fell in love with the Chinese teachings and the way I felt while practicing them. I became a teacher myself and taught private classes, at cancer retreats and at women’s leadership conferences. Many people asked for more healing advice, so I decided to add Acupuncture as a modality. In 2004 I graduated from TSCA Acupuncture School in NYC. TSCA has hosted Master practitioners from all over the world. These experts provided me with Japanese, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Trigger Point Therapy techniques.
From 2008 to 2018 I worked with Lourdes Hospital’s Wellness Center and gained my own expertise and understanding of Pain Management, Infertility, Stress Reduction, Cancer care, and Management of Chronic Health Issues.
I spent 7 years at Healing Arts of Philadelphia treating Infertility, providing acupuncture at IVF transfers, and working with all aspects of women’s health. I also have an acupuncture clinic within a medical office specializing in Pain Management. Currently, I joined Haddonfield Acupuncture and I’m seeing patients Tues, Wed, Thurs and IVF pre-transfers by appointment.
